Carlos César dos Santos (born 12 March 1980 in São Paulo, Brazil), better known as Césinha, is a Brazilian footballer who currently is a free agent.He played for Greek side, Larissa, until December 2011. He is a forward whose game is not about tricks but speed. Césinha won the Youth Championships with Brazil in 2001 in Peru.
In 2007 he was sold to Romania for €600,000.[1][2]
